Two Soldiers (Dva boytsa) is a 1943 Soviet war movie by Leonid Lukov based on the novel by Lev Slavin. It was released in USA in 1944. The story is set in Autumn 1941 - Spring 1942 in the besieged city of Leningrad and depicts two Red Army soldiers - Arkady Dzjubin (Mark Bernes) and Sasha Svintsov (Boris Andreyev) who are close friends, then they are in quarrel, and then they become friends again under fire.

Revolvers

Nagant M1895

Arkady Dzjubin (Mark Bernes) carries a Nagant M1895 revolver throughout most of the film.

TT-33

In the opening scene Arkady Dzjubin (Mark Bernes) holds a TT-33 pistol; later it switches to a Nagant M1895. A TT-33 is also seen in hands of Red Army Senior Lieutenant (uncredited), and Maj. Rudoy (Stepan Krylov) carries a TT in holster.

Submachine Guns

PPSh-41

Both Arkady Dzjubin (Mark Bernes) and Sasha Svintsov (Boris Andreyev) carry PPSh-41 SMGs in several scenes. Some other soldiers and officers, notably Maj. Rudoy (Stepan Krylov), are also seen with PPSh-41s.

Maxim

In one scene German troops use Maxim machine guns to support the attack. They are seen only in distance, so it's impossible to identify the exact model. M1910, M1910/30 or MG08 are most likely guesses.

Soviet TNSh-20 automatic cannon, a tank version of the aircraft ShVAK-20 cannon, is seen mounted in T-30 light tank.
