Nice, but where's the trigger?

Tropico 4 the most recently released title in the series (2011)

Tropico is a construction and city building game series where the player assumes the role of the leader of a tropical banana republic. Tropico 1 (2001), Tropico 3 (2009), Tropico 4 (2011), and Tropico 5 (due 2014) have a modern setting which gives the player the control of small Caribbean islands during the Cold War and beyond. The series is also well known for its soundtrack, humor, and the cast especially El Presidente.

The following weapons are featured in the Tropico series:

Flintlock Pistols

There are several Flintlock Pistols in the menu screen in Tropico 2.

Tower Sea Service Pistol
There is a flintlock pistol on the desk and several hanging on the left wall.

M1911A1

Generals and El Presidente carry M1911A1 pistols in Tropico 3 & 4. Despite being American-made handguns, they will still be available even if Tropico is allied with the USSR unless they're meant to be Spanish Star Model Bs.

El Presidente defends Tropico with his sidearm.

Smith & Wesson M&P

Policemen carry Smith & Wesson M&P pistols with a two tone finish in Tropico 3 & 4. Customs officers were introduced in Tropico 4 and carry the same pistol. The Smith & Wesson M&P is anachronistic because it was introduced in 2005 and Tropico starts in 1950, meaning it would not be around until decades after the game is set. Note that the pistol skin is mirrored and is missing the ejection port.

Browning High Power

Female criminals in Tropico 4 carry oversized Browning High Powers. Male criminals carry them as well but only use them when being shot at.

Female criminals openly carry their pistols.

Glock 17

A Glock can be seen in the "Bears Arms" edict.

Heckler & Koch MP5A3

Added in the "Modern Times" expansion for Tropico 4, SWAT Team members carry Heckler & Koch MP5A3s.

Muskets

Armed guards carry Charleville Muskets in Tropico 2. Pirate ships have to be equipped with Muskets, which are produced locally. In Tropico 6 they are used by Presidential guards.

Blunderbuss

There are two Blunderbuss hanging on the wall in the menu screen in Tropico 2.

AK-47

All soldiers and rebels carry AK type rifles in Tropico 1 and 6. In Tropico 3 & 4, only the rebels carry AK rifles.

El Presidente keeps a personal AK in his office.

Tropico 3,4 & 6

M16A2

Soldiers in Tropico 3 & 4 carry M16A2 rifles. These rifles are anachronistic because the M16A2 was introduced in the 1980s and Tropico starts in 1950, meaning the M16 rifle series would not be around until a decade later. Despite being American made, your military will still equip them even if Tropico is allied with the USSR unless they are supposed to be Tropican-made clones.

KPVT Heavy Machine Gun

The Junta DLC adds military-themed decorations. These include armored fighting vehicles, which appear to be BTR-60s with a standard KPVT Heavy Machine Gun. The BTR-60s will be available even if Tropico is allied with the US. Getting a "Heavy Machinery" upgrade for the Weapons Factory will have a BTR-60 with a KPVT parked outside.

M60 Machine Gun

The icon for the military modernization edict features a South Korean K2 Black Panther tank which presumably mounts a coaxial M60 machine gun.

Kord

In Tropico 6, Tanks with the Reactive Armor Mk. II upgrade are T-72 with Kord heavy machine gun mounted on them. Is possible to get T-34 and T-72 even if allied with the USA and can also develop anachronistically in 1914.
