Touch of Evil (1958).

Touch of Evil is a 1958 Film Noir thriller film directed by Orson Welles. The film stars Charlton Heston as Ramon Miguel Vargas, a Mexican narcotics officer whose investigation into a car bombing leads to conflict with corrupt police captain Hank Quinlan (Orson Welles). The film also stars Janet Leigh and Joseph Calleia, and is considered one of the last, and best, of the Film Noir genre.
