Handguns
Heckler & Koch USP Expert
VSSE agent Giorgio Bruno and Evan Bernard use a heavily modified Heckler & Koch USP Expert with a Laser Aiming Module style weapon light. Like the previous game, Evan's USP is two-tone while Giorgio's is not.
The U.S. Military also use normal one, with weapon light. which is not used by the military in reality. This gun is hold 16 rounds in FPS mode.
Heckler & Koch USP Tactical
Captain William Rush use a Heckler & Koch USP Tactical with a weapon light. Identify from threaded barrel.
Desert Eagle
Gregory Barrows,Commander of Hamlin Battalion, boss of stage 3. He use a dual Desert Eagle with laser sight.
Mauser C96
Mauser C96 used by Wild Dog and his disciple Wild Fang use to battle Protagonists. Its same pistol in Time Crisis II.
Submachine Guns

It's very effective at killing flying terror bites and pushing back heavily-armored machine gunners from using their knives on you at close range.
This gun is hold 8 rounds in FPS mode.
Machineguns
M249 SAW
The heavily armored machine gunners and Jack Mathers, boss of stage 2. They use heavily modified M249 Paratrooper SAWs with red dot sight and weapon light. They switch to meleeing with their knives when at close range.
VSSE agents are use M249-E1 SAW with heatshield to defeat boss of stage 1, Marcus Black.
MG42 (with DShk grips)
The helicopter in several stages has an heavily modified MG42 fitted with the spade grips and back parts of a DShK and explosive rounds.
In stage 1, used by Giorgio Bruno. In stage 3, used by Evan Bernard.
Browning M2
The M51 Quad Anti-Aircraft vehicles in several stages are armed with dual mounted Browning M2s.
Gun arm
Wild Dog lost his left arm in the first game, thus he replaced it with the gun arm. It received upgrades, thus it does not only function as a Gatling gun, a flamethrower, or a rocket launcher (which were seen in Time Crisis 3), but also grappling hooks and tractor beams.

Double barreled modified Sturmpistole also appears in FPS mode.

Mk 2 hand grenade
In the FPS mode, where players play as Captain Rush, He equipped with Mk 2 hand grenades, and used by several enemies. They drop some when they are hit.
M26 hand grenade
U.S. Military soldier in beginning FPS stage, They are equipped M26 hand grenade. When they are hit, they drop Mk 2 hand grenades.
