The following weapons were used in the film The Sniper:

The Sniper (2009)

The Sniper is a 2009 Hong Kong action thriller film directed by Dante Lam and starring Richie Ren, Edison Chen and Huang Xiaoming, as top snipers for the Hong Kong Police Force. The film was originally set to be released in May 2008, but was delayed due to the Edison Chen photo scandal. The following images are from the commercially available Hong Kong Released DVD.

Hand Guns

The following lists the handguns used by the Hong Kong Police, Hong Kong SDU, and the Triads (not too sure what affiliation the bad guys are).

Smith & Wesson Model 10

Seen in the hands of OJ before he joined the SDU Sniper unit, OJ's inexperienced rookie partner, Hartman during the rescue scene and the Hong Kong PTU officers.

Shotguns

Remington 870

Seen in the hands of the Hong Kong PTU.

Sniper Rifles

Heckler & Koch PSG1

It is a fake 'build up' PSG1 (much like the SR9TC rifles in Hollywood), created by putting long barrel (note that it is slimmer than a real PSG heavy barrel), or a barrel sleeve extender, along with the recognizable forearm, buttstock and pistol grip on a standard HK91/G3 body. A build up like this would cost under $1000, whereas a real German PSG-1 sells for $10,000 - $35,000.
