The Rage is a 1997 action movie directed by Sidney J. Furie and starring Lorenzo Lamas as FBI Special Agent Nick Travis who hunts for a terrorist group, consisting of veterans of a special unit of Vietnam War under leadership of completely insane Art Dacy (Gary Busey). Travis and his partner Kelly McCord (Kristen Cloke) are mistreated by their supervisor John Taggart (Roy Scheider) who blames Travis for ruining his career.

A Beretta 92FS is John Taggart's (Roy Scheider) personal weapons. In one scene Taggart's pistol is seen in hands of Kelly McCord (Kristen Cloke), and in the final scene Nick Travis (Lorenzo Lamas) disarms Taggart and uses his pistol. Beretta pistols are also used by several sheriff's deputies and FBI agents.

SWD M11/9 SMGs are used in several scenes by Dacy's girlfriend Cyndi (Tiani Warden, the real-life spouse of Gary Busey in the time of filming) and several of Dacy's henchmen. Sheriff Dobson (Brandon Smith) is armed with M11/9 during the final shootout.
