Colt Python .357 Magnum
Early in the movie, Mrs.Carmody (Macia Gay Harden) draws a Python from her purse when people ask if anyone has a gun. She then gives it to the store employee who later uses it to fight off the flying bugs, and shoot the cultist twice in the stomach. Later, David Drayton(Thomas Jane) shoots everyone in the car with it believing they will be killed by the monster, but runs out of ammo when attempting to kill himself
