An Desert Eagle airsoft gun, it is used by Kyon and Haruhi for a short scene and regularly by Mikuru Asahina during the SOS Brigades film. The handguns are simply referred to as model guns by the characters.

An airsoft replica of an AK-47 is used by Mikuru during the model shops advertisement video. The airsoft gun must be electric as rapid firing can be heard offscreen... along with the cries of an unfortunate Mikuru.
