Colt Commando Carbine - Carried by Christopher Walken, Ed O'Neil, Tom Berrenger, and the rest of the mercenaries at the beginning of the film (since this was made in the early 1980's this was likely the CAR-15 version given the flash surpressors on the weapons)

MM1 grenade launcher - The multi-shot grenade launcher used in the final assault. Known as the "XM-18" in the movie the weapon itself is based on the Manville shotgun. The movie version does fire 18 rounds while the final, real world version has a 12 round capacity. Used primarily by Walken and Berrenger in the final assault.

M60 - used in the final assault. First on a fixed mount by the Zangaran troops and then by the mercenaries including "Derek" who removes it from the mount for the final shootout at Kimba's compound.

SKS carbine - seen in the hands of a Zangaran guard who is later killed by Shannon (Walken) during his initial recon of the Zangaran capital.

Walther P38 - used by a Zangaran woman to shoot Berrenger's character in the back during the final assault.

Browning Hi-Power - Used by Walken's character to kill "Colonel Bobbi" towards the end of the movie

M72 LAW - used by the mercenaries during the final assault for both anti-tank and as a bunker buster kind of weapon
