The following guns were used in The Dirty Dozen: The Fatal Mission.

M1928 Thompson

Major Wright (Telly Savalas) and several other American soldiers (the MP's at the prison in particular) wield M1928 Thompsons

MP40

The MP40 makes its triumphant return as the firearm of choice for nearly every German soldier seen in the film. The guards at the Bulgarian border use them as well.

Machine gun

A handful of German soldiers use bolt-action rifles, although unlike Next Mission the MP40 is still the dominant German weapon in this film.
