The following weapons were used in the film The Bourne Ultimatum
Beretta 92FS
The assassin Paz (Edgar Ramirez) carries a Beretta 92FS when chasing Bourne (Matt Damon) in New York. The Beretta is also seen in the hands of one of the CIA agents attempting to apprehend Simon Ross at Waterloo Station. Bourne uses a Beretta 92FS in Tangier, Morocco, when he chases Desh.
Glock 19
The Glock 19 is carried by CIA agents pursuing Bourne (Matt Damon) in London and Madrid, as well as by NYPD officers in New York.
Heckler & Koch USP Compact Tactical
The assassin Desh Bouksani (Joey Ansah) uses a suppressed H&K USP Compact Tactical in Tangier, Morocco.
SIG Pro SP2009
The SIG Pro SP 2009 is carried throughout the film by Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) as well as by some of the CIA agents. The SIG Pro pistol is apparently a Bourne favorite, it was first seen in his Zurich deposit box (The Bourne Identity). In Ultimatum, we see Bourne often using the updated SP2022 variant, and in one of the final scenes, where he is holding Dr. Hirsch at gunpoint, there is a continuity blooper where some cuts show Bourne holding a Glock, and some cuts show him holding the SIG Pro.

SIG SG 552
A scoped and suppressed SIG SG 552 is used by Paz (Edgar Ramirez) to assassinate reporter Simon Ross (Paddy Considine) in London.
