A Colt Official Police revolver is carried by Deputy Euclid Baker (James Cromwell). The revolver is also seen in the hands of Command Sergeant Major Zack Carey (James Garner).

Browning M2HB Heavy Machine Gun
A Browning M2HB heavy machine gun is mounted atop the turret of Zack's restored Sherman tank. The machine gun is seen fired by Sarah (Jenilee Harrison).
Browning M1919A4
Two Browning M1919A4 machine guns can be seen mounted in the Sherman. One is forward mounted and other mounted inside the turret. The turret Browning is fired by Billy Carey (C. Thomas Howell).
M60
An M60 machine gun is seen mounted on an Army MP jeep as Zack rides his tank towards the Army checkpoint.
Rifles
M16A1
CSM Carey is seen inspecting the M16A1 rifles of US Army soldiers.
Remington 760
One of the town citizens carries a Remington 760.
Remington 700
A Remington 700 is carried by a town citizen.
Shotguns
12 Gauge Double Barreled shotgun
Also used in the film is a 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun.
Ithaca 37
One of the town citizens is armed with an Ithaca 37 shotgun.

M20B1 "Super Bazooka"
An M2BA1 "Super Bazooka" is used in an attempt to disable the Sherman tank. The bazooka appears to be fitted with the shield of a Panzerschreck.
