Anyone catch what pistol the Division X agents used in the attack? It looked odd, to me, sort of like a short barrelled Mauser C96.  --[[User:Commando552|commando552]] 12:17, 8 June 2011 (CDT)

:I have no idea at all. Looked like a CZ75 (not sure as the shots were quick) with a spare magazine in front or something. Anyway, I am heading out tomorrow to buy X-Men: First Class on Blu-Ray and will screencap if I can. - [[User:Kenny99|Kenny99]] 22:28, 8 September 2011 (CDT)

Released

I just saw the movie today, there were several M1 Garands, an M1911A1 (normal finish, not stainless like in the TV spot) used by Xavier and Erik; MP40s, Kar98Ks (or similar rifles), a Luger P08, and an MG42 all appeared in the opening scene; a few AKMs were in the hands of some Soviet guards, and M16s and unknown XM177-series rifles were used by US personell throughout the film. I'd add it to the main page but I don't have any screencaps and the "unreleased" template is still up. MrOshimida27 01:19, 4 June 2011 (CDT)

I just made a correction about the CAR-15s and the M16 being anachronistic. Excalibur01 23:35, 4 June 2011 (CDT)

Wrong AK Chest POuches

Soviet Soldiers in that theater of operations would NOT be using the AK Chest pouch. They would be using the standard Post War AK Webbing gear (rubberized leather) with a canvas AK ammo pouch on their belts. Also those AK Chest pouches were CHINESE AK Chest pouches. Only Asian made AK chest pouches have that Chinese style wooden torpedo shaped "frog button". The European Chest pouches had lit the dot snaps like the M1 Garand 10 pocket ammo belt. I did like the fact that they still used the circa 1950s gimnasterka style tunics and not the post 1964 "Red Dawn" style shirts.

Anachronisms all over the place

All the fashions were straight out of the late 1960s and 1970s. Which is wrong for 1962. Remember this is BEFORE anyone heard of the Beatles or the Rolling Stones. And the hairstyles for the most part was just wrong. :( MoviePropMaster2008 00:16, 7 June 2011 (CDT)

Look at the bright side. It's more accurate than Call of Duty: Black Ops. :P. --Swordfish941 01:55, 7 June 2011 (CDT)
