British soldiers at the right on the first screen and in center on the second one carry strange rifles. They seem to have SMLE-style magazine and buttstock but a different barrel that differs from both No 1 Mk III and No 4 Mk 1 rifles. Or I'm wrong and these are standard No 1 Mk IIIs, and all difference is only due to fast motion? Greg-Z (talk) 16:12, 20 November 2014 (EST)

I think they could still be No1 MkIII's and indeed they look funny from motion blur. The page does also say there are not-exact-looking mockups in the film, could these possibly perhaps be more of them? StanTheMan (talk) 16:58, 20 November 2014 (EST)

So wy guess was wrong, thanks for help. These rifles aren't mockups as they have bolt handles and front sights while dummy rifles lack both. Greg-Z (talk) 02:43, 21 November 2014 (EST)
