:There's a shot of a similar bolt action rifle in the opening cinematic, but unfortunately it's in the "FPS ready" angle and doesn't help. Aside from a long shot of the end of the barrel (which resembles that of an M1 Garand), this is its only appearance in the episode. I intend to do all three episodes, so I imagine it'll reappear. I do belive it is a High Standard Double Nine or a varient, even with the fluted cylinder (which was an option on the double nine).

:Nah, not really. It's mostly a poorly-rendered SAA with an elongated cylinder, barrel looks like it's from a Ruger or Smith & Wesson with that part-length extractor rod housing and backward-slanted sight, it's a six-shooter which removes a big part of the Double Nine ID, and I can't see any components unique to the Double Nine on it. Features like being double action aren't necessarily identifying for video games because a gun in a videogame has no mechanism and so can work however the developers want it to, as seen with our many examples of slide-operated SAO pistols in games being fired with the hammer down or DA / SA slide operated pistols failing to cock their hammers. The shotgun was a double barrel, don't know what make. I believe Janey had a Marlin Model 25, which also appeared in Seasons 1 and 2. [[User:Spartan198|Spartan198]] ([[User talk:Spartan198|talk]]) 02:08, 29 April 2016 (EDT)

Bolt Action Rifle

Gabby holding the rifle as everyone disembarks.

The apparent "hump" in the fore-end ahead of the scope and the low profile of the scope initially suggested an M1903, but the obvious magazine extending below the stock is an obvious difference from the Springer. Any ideas? Spartan198 (talk) 13:55, 4 March 2016 (EST)

And just a reminder

I do have permission from the TWD Wiki to use their screenshots[1]. Theirs are of better quality than I could ever get off YouTube. Spartan198 (talk) 14:21, 4 March 2016 (EST)

Revolver

Between the swing-out cylinder and the lack of an ejector rod, I don't think that's an SAA. --Funkychinaman (talk) 19:05, 4 March 2016 (EST)

There's nothing else really shaped like an SAA except for copies and clones, though. I'm inclined to chalk it up to Telltale not knowing how an SAA is loaded. Spartan198 (talk) 23:47, 1 April 2016 (EDT)

To be honest it looks like someone designed a revolver without checking anything but an old cowboy movie poster with a holstered SAA. Evil Tim (talk) 13:26, 14 February 2018 (EST)

I do belive it is a High Standard Double Nine or a varient, even with the fluted cylinder (which was an option on the double nine).

Nah, not really. Unknown Guns Episode 2

What Kind of shotgun did they use in the when they attacked Michonne at the house and that girl was using some kind of rifle can anyone ID?--Balin21 (talk) 16:25, 12 April 2016 (EDT)

The shotgun was a double barrel, don't know what make. I believe Janey had a Marlin Model 25, which also appeared in Seasons 1 and 2. Spartan198 (talk) 02:08, 29 April 2016 (EDT)
