How can you be sure that it's not just a pistol with the front sight removed/barrel shortened? Looks just like a model 2 or 3 to me. You can find pictures of them without front sights. The OP has potential. I decided to pop in and give a hand. Good effort for a new page. I have not seen the movie but I jacked some publicity stills from the net and cropped them 'cinema style' to have them line up in a uniform manner. ;) MoviePropMaster2008 00:15, 13 November 2009 (UTC)
Unknown Rifle
Not sure what rifle Guy Pearce has. Input welcome. MPM2008
- CORRECTION: The rifle pictured is not a Martini Henery, the give away is the brass fittings. It is a Parker Hale Enfield 1861 Artillery Carbine.
