Yes, Victory Model doesn't fit in 1939 but such errors are common in movies. Let's think that it stands for Military & Police model. About Petrescu's revolver, Arminius is a likely guess, thanks! Greg-Z (talk) 13:26, 16 April 2017 (EDT)
