The two knobs on the side implying the carry handle is removeable (although it doesn't look like it actually is to me) are anachronistic for the 80s though. I don't think it is, I think it is just a model 733 that they face slapped a couple of bolts on the side. The C7/C8 detachable carry handle also looks slightly different from the A1 sights having extra strengthening at the front and back of the opening as well as the back edge being a different shape. Also from looking at the pictures it seems that the carry handle is integral to the rifle and there is mo join separating the carry handle from the upper receiver. --commando552 07:59, 7 April 2012 (CDT)
