You can get it on Amazon and Blockbuster (not sure if they have copies), but since 2001, copies of the movie were stopped being produced due to its failure and overwhelming negative reviews. Well the M21 rifle is really a Springfield M1A with a scope mount, a scisor bipod and the reason it's being used as a bolt action is thar subsonic ammo is not powerful enough to cycle the action.
