Pistol
I think the pistol is a frankengun and I think I have a vague idea of at least what some parts are taken from: The barrel appears to be a fluted barrel (I think is the correct term) like a Desert Eagle, possibly inspired by Red Heat's depiction of a fictional pistol but with the safety moved down like a CZ 52 but then moved forwards.
If I had to guess why they made one frankengun instead of the Makarov that it was clearly originally intended to be, maybe it was to make Carter's ability to upgrade his pistol with cans, screws and parts from alarm clocks seem more plausible. --Samz 20:08, 11 February 2024 (UTC)
