I'm not sure about that short barreled M1911, maybe it's http://www.stiguns.com/the-sti-off-duty/ ?
Custom "Colt Officers ACP" (?)
We can defiantly tell that the barrel is probably 3.5 Inches and it is a 1911 style pistol. It has an extended beavertail and custom grip. I Think it is a Enhanced Colt Officers ACP.
