The M4???
I'm not sure if this is an actual M4 or a Car-15 or something similar.. Please help me, I'm not any good with M16 rifle series...
Looks like a fake gun to me in the first pic...note there's no ejection port, and the forward assist looks weird. Plus the sight is a non-removable A1 sight, so it can't be an M4. The second pic appears to be a real M4.
