I still think that this page must be named Kurzer 8 cm Granatwerfer 42 because such is the German name for this mortar, while under the name "Granatwerfer 42" another German mortar existed (a 12cm one). As I see, at first the page about this weapon was created under the appropriate name, but then due to unknown reason the correct name was made a redirect to this page. Any objections for renaming it back? Greg-Z (talk) 16:45, 26 October 2013 (EDT)

:I agree. Also, I think most pages like the Granatwerfer 34 Mortar should also have the caliber in front as if you miss off the caliber part of the name there are a few duplicate weapons in the Nazi arsenal, like the 5cm Flak 41 and the 8.8cm Flak 41. Also, with other weapons like the 5 cm Pak 38 and the 7.5 cm Pak 40 we include the caliber.  --commando552 (talk) 19:26, 26 October 2013 (EDT)

The title of this page

I still think that this page must be named Kurzer 8 cm Granatwerfer 42 because such is the German name for this mortar, while under the name "Granatwerfer 42" another German mortar existed (a 12cm one). As I see, at first the page about this weapon was created under the appropriate name, but then due to unknown reason the correct name was made a redirect to this page.
