Dean (Jensen Ackles) uses a custom M1911A1 with an engraved slide and ivory grips as his main weapon throughout the series.

Sam (Jared Padalecki) uses a Taurus PT92AFS with pearl grips as his main weapon throughout the series.

Various police officers, including the deputy werewolf Joba (Peter Benson) carry the Beretta 92FS.

Travis Wester (Harry Spangler) uses a deputy's Beretta to shoot him in "#thinman" (S09E15).

Heckler & Koch Mark 23

One of Abaddon's demons named Crewcut (Jesse Hutch) uses a Heckler & Koch Mark 23 to threaten Sam in "Devil May Care" (S9E02).

Crewcut on the right has the Mark 23 Holstered in a right leg holster (despite the fact he handles it left handed when he threatens Sam later) in "Devil May Care" (S09E02).

Shotguns

Winchester Model 1887

A sawed off Winchester Model 1887 is the main shotgun used by Dean (Jensen Ackles). The weapon is seen in "Bloodlines" (S9E20).

Ithaca 37 (Sawed Off)

A sawed off Ithaca 37 is the main shotgun used by Sam (Jared Padalecki). The weapon is seen in "Bloodlines" (S9E20).

Assault Rifles

M4A1 Carbine

Some of Abbadon's demons, one of which is Crewcut (Jesse Hutch) are seen using M4A1 rifles fitted with M203 grenade launchers, red dot sights, flashlights and suppressors in "Devil May Care" (S09E02).

A couple of demons including Crewcut are seen entering an abandoned diner while searching for the Winchesters with their M4A1s, only to realize they have been fooled by an audio recording of Dean's voice. "Devil May Care" (S09E02).
