The following weapons were used in Season 12 of the television series Supernatural:

Pistols

Beretta 92FS

Sheriff Barrett Bishop Jr. (Steve Boyle) uses a Beretta 92FS as his duty weapon in "The Memory Remains" (S12E18).

Sheriff Bishop employs the C.A.R. technique as he searches a basement in "The Memory Remains" (S12E18).

Beretta 8000 Cougar

A couple of guards at the British Men of Letters facility are seen armed with a Beretta 8000 Cougar in "There's Something About Mary" (S12E21).

Dr. Hess (Gillian Barber) tries to grab a Cougar for self-defense, but she is overwhelmed by Sam and the other hunters before she can do so. "Who We Are" (S12E22).

Colt M1911A1

Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) carries a custom M1911A1 with an engraved slide and ivory grips with gold Colt medallions as his main weapon throughout the series.

Dean loading a magazine full of devil's trap bullets into his 1911 in "Stuck in The Middle (With You)" (S12E12). Just like in Season 10, when he slams the magazine into the gun, the slide release disengages by itself, it seems to be a problem of his particular handgun.
Dean loads his 1911 in "All Along The Watchtower" (S12E23).

Colt MK IV Series 70

In "Mamma Mia" (S12E02), Mary Winchester (Samantha Smith) starts to use a Colt MK IV Series 70 with diamond grips as her weapon of choice, Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) uses it in the same episode. Mary uses her Series 70 in "First Blood" (S12E09).

Colt Mustang Plus II

Ketch (David Haydn-Jones) draws a Colt Mustang Plus II on Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) in "Who We Are" (S12E22), but it's not seen clearly until he drops it later.

Glock 17

Lady Bevell's Driver (Ronald Patrick Thompson) is seen carrying a 2nd Generation Glock 17 in "Keep Calm and Carry On" (S12E01). An US Secret Service Agent in "LOTUS" (S12E08) is armed with a Glock 17, unlike his colleagues which are armed with SIG-Sauer P226s. In "The Memory Remains" (S12E18), the British Men of Letters find a Gen 2 Glock 17 in Dean's bedside table. This is ironic, as he carries an M1911A1 in .45 ACP as his main sidearm.

The USSS agent on the right is armed with a 2nd generation Glock 17. This is incorrect, as he should be armed with a SIG-Sauer P229. "LOTUS" (S12E08).

Desert Eagle Mark I

Many rubber prop replicas of different handguns are seen in the British Men of Letters' armory, including a black Desert Eagle Mk1.

SIG-Sauer P226

United States Secret Service agents are seen armed with early rail-less variants of the SIG-Sauer P226 in "LOTUS" (S12E08) during a confrontation with the Winchesters. This is inaccurate as the issued handgun of the USSS in 2018 was the SIG-Sauer P229 in .357 SIG.

SIG-Sauer P226R

Arthur Ketch (David Haydn-Jones) carries a SIG-Sauer P226R as his sidearm and he is seen using it mainly in "There's Something About Mary" (S12E21).

Ketch holds both his P226R and Dean's custom 1911 during a standoff in "There's Something About Mary" (S12E21).

Smith & Wesson 5904

Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) is seen holding a Smith & Wesson 5904 at Jody Mill's house in "Who We Are" (S12E22). Mary Winchester (Samantha Smith) later uses it to wound Ketch (David Haydn-Jones).

Taurus PT92AFS

Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) uses a Taurus PT92AFS with pearl grips as his main weapon throughout the series.

Walther P99AS

Mick (Adam Fergus) carries a Walther P99AS as his sidearm during the season. Arthur Ketch (David Haydn-Jones) packs one into a bag in "Mamma Mia" (S12E02). It also seems to be a favourite of Thule members, including Christoph (Keenan Tracey). Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) later steals one from one of them and uses it on the reincarnated Adolf Hitler in "The One You've Been Waiting For" (S12E05).

Heckler & Koch Mark 23

A Heckler & Koch Mark 23 is used by Sam (Jared Padalecki) in "Who We Are" (S12E22) after his Taurus was taken from him. It is more than likely the same Mark 23 that he used when he was Soulless in Season 6.

Heckler & Koch USP

A two-tone Heckler & Koch USP is seen being packed by Mr. Ketch (David Haydn-Jones) in a briefcase in "Mamma Mia" (S12E02). He is later seen using it in "American Nightmare" (S12E04).

Walther PPK

In a flashback to 1945 in "The One You've Been Waiting For" (S12E05), Adolf Hitler is seen holding a Walther PPK to his head to commit suicide, just before being stopped by Nazi necromancer Nauhaus (Gil Darnell).

Walther PPK - .32 ACP
Nauhaus (Gil Darnell) stops Hitler from killing himself by telling him there is another way in a flashback in "The One You've Been Waiting For" (S12E05).

Vektor SP1

Sheriff Jody Mills (Kim Rhodes) continues to use the south-african Vektor SP1 as her sidearm. She notably uses it during the assault at the British Men of Letters facility in "Who We Are" (S12E22).

Revolvers

"The Colt" (Colt Paterson 1836 cartridge conversion)

"The Colt" (a modified Colt Paterson 1836) makes a return appearance in Season 12 episode "The Raid" (S12E14). The revolver is used by Eileen Leahy (Shoshannah Stern) and later seen in the hands of Dean in "The British Invasion" (S12E17). Castiel (Misha Collins) later hands the Colt to Kelvin (Nathan Mitchell) in "The Future" (S12E19). The actual gun appears to be built from a Pietta "Paterson Extra Deluxe" based on the engravings and silver inlay markings. The pistol is further modified with a cartridge conversion, by having a pentagram carved into each grip plate, and the barrel is engraved with "non timebo mala" which translates to "I will fear no evil" (a reference to Psalm 23).

Taurus Judge

Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) carries a Taurus Judge in several episodes in the season, which he states is loaded with "Witch killing bullets".

Sam puts away his phone and readies his Judge in "Regarding Dean" (S12E11).

Knight's Armament Revolver Rifle

Arthur Ketch (David Haydn-Jones) brings a stockless Knight's Armament Revolver Rifle (which might as well be a mock-up) to a vampire nest hunt in "The Raid" (S12E14), but he ditches it for a blade right after, saying that using a gun is too easy.

Ketch is seen tightening the suppressor of the Revolver Rifle. Note the lack of a stock and the underbarrel flashlight. "The Raid" (S12E14).

Shotguns

Sawed-off Double Barrel Shotgun

Carbines

Custom AR-15

In "First Blood" (S12E09), a custom AR-15 is used by government operatives searching for the Winchesters. These rifles are configurated in a very odd way, with a 7.5 inch barrel and A2 birdcage, a custom upper and lower receiver and a PDW-style collapsible stock. Most of them seem to be fitted with Aimpoint Comp M4s optics, Magpul AFGs and tiny visible green laser sights (because of course they are) on the side of the handguard. This configuration, much like the uniforms and gear worn by the government operatives hunting for the Winchesters, are based on nothing real and just seem to be thought out by someone who has never seen a special forces unit or a rifle. Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) disarms an operative of his AR and then gives it to Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki). Sam uses it to dispatch a couple of operatives later in the episode.

Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) handles the AR in "First Blood" (S12E09).
Sam slaps the magazine into the franken-AR (which seems to be an airsoft replica, judging by the look of the dust cover). Judging by the gear worn by the operatives hunting the brothers and the configuration of their rifles, it seems like their unit must've suffered from some very serious budget cuts. "First Blood" (S12E09).

M4A1 Carbine

Guards at the British Men of Letters facility are seen armed with M4A1 Carbines in "Who We Are" (S12E22).

Submachine Guns

Heckler & Koch MP5A3

Guards at the presidential retreat are seen carrying what seem to be Heckler & Koch MP5A3s with UMP-style stocks, SEF trigger groups and ACOG sights. Also one of the government operatives hunting for the Winchesters in "First Blood" (S12E09) is seen using an MP5 in the same configuration.

Launchers

DefTech 37mm Launcher

Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) retrieves the DefTech 37mm Launcher that has been stored in the Impala's trunk since Season 1 in "The One You've Been Waiting For" (S12E05), intending to use it in the assault against the Thules, but is disappointed to see that Sam is against his idea, forcing him to leave the launcher in the trunk, unused. He finally gets to use it to destroy a brick wall in "Who We Are" (S12E22), leaving him very fulfilled.
