I can't tell what this is. Looks like some kind of Smith & Wesson design, but it's not a Model 1 or 2.
It looks like it could be a Marlin M1875 No. 32 Pocket Revolver.
Winchester 1892 "Saddle Ring Carbine" - Trapper Model
Ringo Kid (John Wayne) uses a Winchester 1892 "Saddle Ring Carbine" with a large lever loop. It is the shorter "Trapper" model.
