Space Battleship Yamato (SPACE BATTLESHIP ヤマト Uchu Senkan Yamato) is a live action film adaptation of the original Space Battleship Yamato anime TV series from 1974. The film was released in Japan on December 1, 2010. It was released on DVD and Blu-ray in Japan on June 24, 2011.

Pulse Gun
The Yamato crew carry a 'Pulse Gun' that appears to be a either a modified Glock, or resin cast based on the Glock design. Below is the Glock 17 showing the basic trigger guard, grip, and overall block appearance.

And a non functioning cast prop from a display advertising the movie. Note the single finger groove instead of the 3 finger grooves on 2nd and 3rd generation Glock pistols.
H&K G36
The Yamato paratroopers carry an assault rifle based on the H&K G36 line of rifles. Below is the version most like, though not identical with the one used in the movie.

...with a close up on the end of the barrel with attached light.
And a screencap showing the slightly different stock configuration. The weapons are shown firing, not effected it but there is no ejection port visible, or shells seen in the battle seen. It is suspected that these are non guns dressed up to look like G36 rifles.
