The Sinister Monk (Der unheimliche Mönch) is a 1965 German detective movie directed by Harald Reinl and adapted from the theatrical play "The Terror" by Edgar Wallace. A man in black monk outfit kills the members of an aristocratic family, using a whip.
The film is the 20th installment in the Rialto Film studio film series (1959-1972) adapted from the works of Edgar Wallace. It also was the last film of the series directed by Harald Reinl.

Arminius HW-1
Arminius HW-1 revolvers are seen in hands of Inspector Bratt (Harald Leipnitz), his aide Sergeant Cunning (Kurt Waitzmann), Sir Richard (Siegfried Lowitz), Alfons Short (Rudolf Schündler) and also of gangsters and police personnel.
Sergeant Cunning (Kurt Waitzmann) holds his Arminius HW-1 in the same scene.
Walther PPK
What appears to be a Walther PPK is seen in hands of a gangster during the shootout on the junkyard.
Sten Mk II
In a hideout of gangsters a pair of the Canadian model Sten Mk II submachine guns is seen hanging on the wall.
Water Gun
Lola (Uta Levka) owns a water pistol loaded with sulfuric acid.
Inspector Bratt (Harald Leipnitz) finds the water gun in the grass.
