The Showdown Effect is a 2.5D multiplayer-only action game inspired by popular action film franchises such as Rambo, Terminator, and James Bond . It is available for Windows and Mac.
The following weapons can be seen in the game The Showdown Effect:
Handguns
Walther PPK
The Walther PPK appears as the "PP7" and is equipped with a sound suppressor.
Custom M1911
The M1911 with beavertail grip and ring hammer is the default pistol of the game and holds 16 rounds.
Desert Eagle Mark XIX
A nickel Desert Eagle Mark XIX with golden hammer, safety switch, and sights is an unlockable "skin" for the M1911 pistol.
Taurus Raging Bull .44
The Raging Bull appears as the ".44 Minotaurus" and is the only revolver in the game. "Aging Bull" can be seen written on the barrel.
Submachine Guns
MAC-10
The 9mm MAC-10 is the standard SMG with a 32-round capacity.
Steyr TMP
The Steyr TMP appears as the "TM-PP" and is a buyable "skin" for the MAC-10. It features a suppressor.
Shotguns
Blunderbuss
The Blunderbuss is an alternate skin for the Shotgun.
SPAS-12
The SPAS-12 appears as the "Tactical-12".
Remington 870 Field Gun
The default shotgun looks like a Remington 870 Field Gun and it has a 5-shell capacity.
Rifles
AR-15A2 Sporter II
This AR-15 variant (which most closely resembles an AR-15A2 Sporter II rifle) is known as the "AR-16" and features a C-Drum magazine. While the detail is not superb, the A1E1 upper (forward assist, casing deflector and simple rear sight) can be seen when using the gun during a match. It is classified as a machine gun.
