Several characters are seen wielding what appear to be Sheridan PGP Paintball Marker pistols as 'energy discharging' guns throughout the film. These are likely the same props seen in 2000's Hollow Man (a film which, incidentally, is one of the features that this movie actually parodies).
Cindy (Anna Faris) wields the pistol.
Theo (Kathleen Robertson) holds the pistol.
