Savage rifles are known for exceptional accuarcy at a low price point. They make various hunting, competition and tactical models. The 10/110 (10 is the short action, 110 long) was introduced in 1956 and is availible in the 10/110 (currently name for law enforcement models) 11/111 (hunting models) and 16/116 (stainless barrel).
