Saints and Soldiers (2003)

Saints and Soldiers is a 2003 World War II action drama directed by Ryan Little and follows US soldiers during the Battle of the Bulge as they try to help a downed British pilot to get back to the Allied lines. The film was the first of three films in this series, which included Saints and Soldiers: Airborne Creed and Saints and Soldiers: The Void.

Rifles & Carbines

M1 Garand

The M1 Garand is used by Cpl. Nathan "Deacon" Greer (Corbin Allred) in the flashback and in the second half of the film. Also used by medic Steven Gould (Alexander Polinsky) and S/Sgt. Gordon Gunderson (Peter Holden). The majority of the US soldiers also carry the M1.

M1 Carbine

The M1 Carbine is carried by the British pilot Flt. Sgt. Oberon Winley (Kirby Heyborne) and some US soldiers at the end of the film.

Karabiner 98k

The Karabiner 98k is used by the majority of Wehrmacht soldiers. Deacon gets a hold of one in the beginning and uses it through the first half of the film before giving it to Kendrick in the second half.

Webley Mk IV

The issued sidearm of the British pilot Flt. Sgt. Oberon Winley (Kirby Heyborne) is a Webley Mk IV. This weapon is also used by Gunderson and Deacon.
