SEAL Team is a television war drama that follows the Special Warfare operators within Bravo Team, members of the "Tier One" level of the Navy SEAL community (currently designated as DEVGRU, but also known as "SEAL Team Six"), during their missions to combat terrorism as well as other covert operations around the world. David Boreanaz stars in the series as Jason Hayes, a legendary operator who leads Bravo team, and who is dealing with his family life at home in addition to keeping his men alive during their missions. The series premiered in September of 2017 in the US on CBS. In 2021, it was announced that the network would air the first four episodes of the series' fifth season on CBS, with the remaining episodes beginning November 1 being released on the streaming service Paramount+.
