The Rookie - Season 2

The following weapons were used in Season 2 of the television series The Rookie:
Pistols
Smith & Wesson M&P
The Smith & Wesson M&P fitted with Surefire weaponlights are seen carried by several of the new officers in the series, including John Nolan (Nathan Fillion), Jackson West (Titus Makin), and Lucy Chen (Melissa O'Neil). In reality, the M&P recently became the standard department-issued duty weapon for the real LAPD.
Glock 17
Glock 17 pistols fitted with Surefire X300 weaponlights are carried by LAPD training officers in the series, including PO3 Angela Lopez (Alyssa Diaz) and PO3 Tim Bradford (Eric Winter). Police Sergeant II Wade Grey (Richard T. Jones) appears to carry a Glock 17 as his sidearm. Det. Nick Armstrong (Harold Perrineau) draws his Glock in "The Night General" (S2E02).
Glock 19
Jessica Russo (Sarah Shahi) appears to carry a Glock 19 in Season 2's premiere "Impact" (S2E01). In "The Bet" (S2E03), the Glock 19 is seen used by Alejandro Mejia (Jon Huertas). A Glock 19 is also used during an attempted murder in "Clean Cut" (S2E08).
Glock 23
The Glock 23 is used by Det. Nick Armstrong (Harold Perrineau) in "Day of Death" (S2E11).
Norinco Type 54
In "The Bet" (S2E03), a criminal is seen losing what appears to be a Norinco Type 54 pistol, which is then picked up a young boy.
Shotguns
Remington 870 (Police Magnum Extended)
The LAPD-issued shotgun in the series is the Remington 870 Police Magnum shotgun with extended magazine tubes. The officers also are seen with Remington shotguns that carry "less lethal" beanbag rounds. A SWAT officer is armed with the "less lethal" shotgun in "Day of Death" (S2E11).
Mossberg 500
PO3 Tim Bradford (Eric Winter) is seen using a Mossberg 500 12 gauge shotgun fitted with a saddle shell holder in "Clean Cut" (S2E08).
Mossberg 590
Instead of the Remington, Nolan is seen using a Mossberg 590 in "Warriors and Guardians" (S2E04). The shotgun is parkerized with an 8-shot magazine tube and ghost-ring sights.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5K (PDW stock)
In "Warriors and Guardians" (S2E04), gunmen are seen armed with the Heckler & Koch MP5K. Most of the guns appear to be fitted with PDW stocks to resemble MP5K-PDWs.
Rifles/Carbines
M4A1 Carbine
The M4A1 Carbine is used primarily by LAPD SWAT in the series. In "The Night General" (S2E02), Det. Nick Armstrong (Harold Perrineau) uses the the M4A1.
Mk 18 Mod 0
A Mk 18 Mod 0 carbine appears to be used by a female terrorist in Season 2's premiere "Impact" (S2E01). This carbine also is issued to Nyla Harper (Mekia Cox) in "Warriors and Guardians" (S2E04) and is used in "Day of Death" (S2E11).
