Roddy Piper (born Roderick George Toombs) was perhaps best known to most for his time as a professional wrestler under the ring name "Rowdy" Roddy Piper for the World Wrestling Federation/Entertainment and World Championship Wrestling. To film audiences, he gained the most notice for his role as Nada in the 1988 John Carpenter-directed film They Live.

He died from cardiac arrest on July 31, 2015.
