Marshall (Ethan Suplee) uses a Beretta 92FS in several scenes. One is also taken from a corpse by Kyle (Chad Lindberg).

CZ-75B

Dr. Lynn Snyder (Mariel Hemingway) carries a stainless steel CZ-75B in a leg holster but later gives it to Dr. Dan Halpern (LeVar Burton) when he decides to stay behind on Alcatraz.

Glock 17

Kyle (Chad Lindberg) uses a 2nd Generation Glock 17 throughout the film. Marshall (Ethan Suplee) later uses the 3rd Generation model to kill a straggler.

Shotguns

Mossberg 500 Cruiser

After giving up her CZ-75B Dr. Lynn Snyder (Mariel Hemingway) switches to a Mossberg 500 Cruiser with a heat shield and a extended magazine, which she uses it for the rest of the film.

Rifles

Pellet Gunh

Park Ranger Sanchez (Lorenzo Eduardo) uses a Pellet Gun during the zombie break in. Dr. Dan Halpern (LeVar Burton) later grabs it after Sanchez was eaten to attempt save his daughter.

Explosives

M26 Hand Grenade

Dr. Lynn Snyder (Mariel Hemingway) also gives Dr. Dan Halpern (LeVar Burton) an M26 Hand Grenade which he ends up using much later which somehow ends up destroying an entire wing in Alcatraz, an explosion that could be seen across the San Francisco Bay.
