Richard Norton is an Australian actor and martial arts expert who has appeared in several Jackie Chan films including City Hunter (1993), Twinkle, Twinkle Lucky Stars, and Mr. Nice Guy. In addition, he appeared with martial artist Cynthia Rothrock in such films as Rage and Honor, Rage and Honor II and China O'Brien and as the Prime Imperator in the film Mad Max: Fury Road.
