A soldier covering the crash site uses a M40 rifle painted in desert cammo.
M4A1 Carbine

At least one of the goverment agents can be seen with a Heckler & Koch MP5A2 during the shootout with the Siphon.

Two of the agents can be seen wielding Heckler & Koch MP5K submachine guns during the resturant standoff.
Smith & Wesson Model 10
Tapered barreled Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolvers are the sidearms of the Stony Creek Sheriff Department, which are cleary seen during the resturant standoff.
- I don't think they were Model 10s as many of them looked like they had fully shrouded ejectors.
12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun
During the resturant standoff, an employee can be seen with a 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun, pointing it at Agent Pope's head.
Ruger KP94DC
One of the two agents that arrest Jack at the UFO Convention is armed with a Ruger KP94DC.
Unknown pistol
A man who tried to pull Jack Bruno back to his old life as a criminal carries this weapon in a shoulder holster.
