The following weapons appear in the video game Prototype:
M4A1 Carbine
The M4A1 rifle is the basic weapon of the Marines and the Blackwatch soldiers. It's called Assault Rifle in game. Can, with total disregard to physics, hold 100 rounds of ammunition (when fully upgraded) in a regular 30-round STANAG magazine.
M16A4
The M16A4 is seen in a most of a cut scenes used by Blackwatch soldier but never seen in the actual game.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Seen in a cut scene when Alex let loose the Blacklight virus in Pen Station.
FN M249 SAW

M32 MGL
The grenade launcher is a useful weapon because of its range, power, and accessibility. Only instead of grenades, it fires miniature missiles, which fly in a straight path instead of in an arc. When fully upgraded, it holds 18 mini rockets.
FGM-148 Javelin
The FGM-148 Javelin Missile Launcher is much more powerful than the grenade launcher, and fires guided missiles as opposed to dumb-fire projectiles, but has much less ammo to compensate.
Browning M2HB
Seen mounted on M1 Abrams tanks but unusable by the player.
M203 grenade launcher
Seen mounted on M4A1 in intro trailer.
M1911A1
M1911A1 is seen used by Blackwatch soldier in intro trailer.
Beretta 92FS
Seen in some of the cut scenes.
