John Reese (Jim Caviezel) uses a SIG-Sauer P226R as his sidearm throughout the show. He acquired it in "Pilot" (S1E01), after taking it from a mobster during an illegal arms purchase. Reese takes the handgun along with some other weapons and keeps them for himself.

In "The Fix" (S1E06), Samuel Douglas (Matt Servitto), a bodyguard working for Mark Lawson uses a Beretta 92FS as his sidearm. In "Legacy" (S1E12), Reese disarms an assassin who seemingly has a 92FS with him. In "Root Cause" (S1E13), Reese disarms a knocked out man named Teddy during a fight. In "Wolf and Cub" (S1E14), Darren McGrady aims the 92FS at a gangster before he was disarmed by Andre Wilcox (Malik Yoba), who then uses it. A gangster working with Vargas uses one in "Blue Code" (S1E15).

Glock 17

The Glock 17 appears to be the sidearm carried by Det. Lionel Fusco (Kevin Chapman) throughout the remainder of Season 1. A few mobsters draw out Glocks when Reese interrupts the arms deal in "Pilot" (S1E01). One of the ex-soldiers turn robbers uses one during a bank robbery in "Mission Creep" (S1E03). A Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND) agent (Lee Aaron Rosen) uses a Glock 17 in "Foe" (S1E08). In "Number Crunch" (S1E10), an assassin uses a suppressed Glock 17 before Reese disarms him. Smith & Wesson 5946

Det. Lionel Fusco (Kevin Chapman) carries a Smith & Wesson 5946 as his sidearm. In "Pilot" (S1E01), Fusco is first seen holding his S&W on Reese during a confrontation in an alley. Reese later takes Fusco's Smith & Wesson 5946 and shoots him in the back three times, knowing that Fusco is wearing a bulletproof vest before walking back to the city. At the end of the episode, Reese gives it back to Fusco, telling him that he used it to kill one of Fusco's fellow corrupt cops, blackmailing him to be his source inside the NYPD (however, Reese had been seen using the Glock in the confrontation instead of this S&W). In "Mission Creep" (S1E03), an NYPD officer at the evidence lockup is seen using an S&W to wound a robber.

Reese later says that the handgun was chambered for rifle rounds in order to shred Kevlar.

A stainless Walther PPK is found by Finch in "The Fix" (S1E06). In a flashback, CIA operative Kara Stanton (Annie Parisse) uses a suppressed PPK to assassinate two renegade CIA agents in Russia. In "Wolf and Cub" (S1E14), Reese showed Darren McGrady the PPK he got from him before throwing it away.

It's later revealed in the episode the firing pin had been sabotaged. Chinese gangsters aim MP5Ks at Vargas in "Blue Code" (S1E15). Elias' henchmen use MP5Ks when Reese rescues Carter's son in "Flesh and Blood" (S1E19).

Heckler & Koch SP89

A Heckler & Koch SP89 is fired by Reese against HR police officers in "Firewall" (S1E23). This particular gun has had the standard metal trigger group replaced with a "Navy SEF" one, which is essentially a Navy trigger housing retaining the non ambidextrous SEF trigger pack and selector.

In "Get Carter" (S1E09), Reese uses a KRISS Vector to steal weapons and a muscle car from a known crime boss. In "Flesh and Blood" (S1E19), Reese uses a Vector while rescuing Detective Carter's son.

Coharie Arms CA-415

Reese uses a Coharie Arms CA-415 as his rifle of choice in "Number Crunch" (S1E10). The CA-415 is an American-made clone of the Heckler & Koch HK416 and this particular rifle is seen in the episode a mounted riflescope and a short barrel. The rifle also is seen used by hired assassins storm a homeless camp to assassinate a stock broker in "Risk" (S1E16). ISA Agent Fox (Marc Menchaca) along with other operatives are armed with the 415 in "No Good Deed" (S1E22).

M4A1 Carbines fitted with ACOG Scopes and vertical foregrips are used by the former soldiers turned robbers in a raid of a mob-owned underground casino in "Mission Creep" (S1E03). Used by NYPD Emergency Service Unit (ESU) operators in "Foe". CIA SOG operators in China are armed with M4A1s in "Matsya Nyaya". FBI HRT operators in "Firewall" are armed with M4A1s while they raid an apartment complex to search for Reese.

In "Flesh and Blood" (S1E19), Reese gives Detective Carter a bag of weapons, one is which is an FN FS2000. She later uses it to defend the safehouse where the mafia dons are kept.

In "Pilot" (S1E01), one of the weapons that Reese (James Caviezel) takes from the intercepted Mob arms deal is a Heckler & Koch G36C. Another one was used by a hired assassin in "Risk" (S1E16).

SIG P556 SWAT / SG 550 hybrid

In "Pilot" (S1E01), John Reese (James Caviezel) is seen with a SIG P556 SWAT fitted with a SIG SG 550 series lower receiver and an EOTech sight before being disarmed. The upper receiver of the rifle can be identified as belonging to a P556 by its M16 style flash hider, angled front sight, and the indent in the side of the receiver just ahead of the ejection port. This is the same custom rifle seen in the film Salt as well as in the series Burn Notice.

In "Flesh and Blood" (S1E19), Detective Carter uses the Franchi SPAS-12 found in the bag Reese gives to her to protect the mafia leaders in protective custody. She uses this to distract Elias' hired goons before escaping with them. Her SPAS-12 is the folding stock version with no hook.

A Remington 870 is used by a NYPD ESU operator in "Foe" (S1E08). In "Many Happy Returns" (S1E21), what appears to be a Remington 870 is partially seen in the US Marshal's office in New York City. An HR officer uses a 870 in "Firewall" (S1E23).

In "Get Carter" (S1E09), Reese uses a Def Tech 1315 launcher to blast through a crime boss's chop shop. Resse is seen using the launcher to fire an HE grenade round, which is not possible to do so in real life.

M79 Grenade Launcher

An M79 grenade launcher is seen on the table during the arms deal in "Pilot" (S1E01) and is one of the weapons that Reese takes. He later uses it, loaded with a smoke round, to stop two corrupt detectives from executing a witness by firing it at their SUV.

Model 7290 Flashbang

In "Pilot" (S1E01), Reese (James Caviezel) uses a Model 7290 flashbang grenade after telling Det. Fusco (Kevin Chapman) that he should search a suspect more thoroughly before putting him in the backseat.

Arms Cache

In "Pilot" (S1E01), various small arms are seen spread out on a table just before Reese interrupts the meetings and takes some of them away for personal use. Another was seen in "Mission Creep" (S1E03), left in the taxicab by Finch to get one of the bank robbers arrested, who moonlights as a cab driver. Another one is present in "Get Carter" (S1E09) when Reese attacks the gangster manning the closed muscle car shop.
