Patrick Stewart is an English actor best known for his role as Captain Jean-Luc Picard for 7 seasons and 4 films of Star Trek: The Next Generation as well as Professor Xavier in Fox's X-Men film franchise. His long acting career includes roles in such films as Lifeforce, Conspiracy Theory and Green Room. In 2020, he reprised his role as Picard in the Paramount+ streaming series Star Trek: Picard.
