Pistols
Stechkin APS
The APS is the first handgun you come across in the armory and it also uses the Desert Eagle animations from Counter-Strike. It's a little odd giving the player a machine pistol for their secondary. a more appropriate choice for a standard issue Russian sidearm could have been a Makarov PM or a MP433 Grach which entered service 4 years Prior
Glock 17c
The Glock 17c in the game has a silver ported slide and uses the same animations as the Glock 18 in Counter-Strike, Unlike in Counter-Strike it has a Magazine capacity of 17 rounds and you can aim down the sights in the game.
Submachine Guns

I game its the only sub machine gun that usable Sub machine Gun in the game and all the actual Russian Sub Machine guns are on posters. i also has a M203 Underbarrel grenade launcher Probably as a nod to the first Half-Life
