PARANOIA is a freeware survival horror first-person shooter. Originally a Half-Life mod, it was eventually turned into a standalone freeware game on the Xash3D open source engine.

The player takes the role of Spetsnaz Officer Alexander Kalashnikov who is deployed to the Udarnik complex after it is attacked

The following weapons appear in the video game PARANOIA:

Pistols

Stechkin APS

The APS is the first handgun you come across in the armory and it uses the Desert Eagle animations from Counter-Strike. It's a little odd giving the player a machine pistol for their secondary. a more appropriate choice for a standard issue Russian sidearm could have been a Makarov PM or a MP433 Grach which entered service 4 years prior. It holds only 12 shots instead of 20.

Alexander holds his Steckhin APS while getting close to an NPC with their own Stechkin.

Glock 17c

The Glock 17c in the game has a silver ported slide and uses the same animations as the Glock 18 in Counter-Strike, Unlike in Counter-Strike it has a Magazine capacity of 17 rounds and you can aim down the sights in the game.

Makarov PM

The Makarov PM appears on posters but is not a usable weapon.

Submachine Guns

Heckler & Koch MP5A3

The Heckler & Koch MP5A3 is the only usable submachine gun, it has a new model and is still equipped with an M203 likely as a nod to Half-Life.

Assault Rifles

AK-74M

The AK-74M appears being used by NPCs and Alexander during most of the campaign. It appears the devs mixed up the weapon names as the game calls it a "AKS-74".

The AK-74 appears misnamed as the "AK-74M" and is mainly used by NPCs. Alexander only uses an AK-74 in training outside of cheats.

Sniper Rifles

PKM

The PKM machine gun appears as both a mounted weapon and a portable version.

PKS on Samojenkov tripod - 7.62x54mmR. Note the lack of a hinged shoulder strap on the stock and the fluted barrel; these differentiate the PK from the later PKM. This example is also seen with an earlier tripod without the modern tripod's belt box mount.
