(I may add gameplay captures later, but the graphics are pretty bad and don't provide a good view of the guns at all. These were what I could cull from the excellent animated cutscenes.)

The following guns were used in the video-game Outlaws, released by Lucasarts in 1997.

Outlaws

Remington 1875

Marshal James Anderson (Jeff Osterhage) uses what appears to be a Remington 1875 as his primary weapon. It was his father's gun, and his daughter Sara (Kath Soucie) also uses it at one point. It features a swing-out cylinder, an inaccuracy I've seen before in Western comics as well. I will admit that the first time I ever fired an SAA I tried to swing out the cylinder, but I still think the artists should do better research.

The swing-out cylinder.
Sara Anderson with her father's pistol. The game was heavily stylized, something I loved, which you can see here with the scale.
Anderson, as a boy, reaching for his father's Remington. The image is distorted because it's a hazy flashback.
Anderson as a boy aims the massive pistol.
A different view of Anderson's sidearm. This profile looks less like a Remington and closer to the earlier Colts. I think it's because in the other shots the gun is a CG model, whereas in this scene it's hand-drawn.

Smith & Wesson Single Action 2nd Model

Matthew "Dr. Death" Jackson (John de Lancie)) carries this little gun. We glimpse it only briefly as Anderson shoots it out of his hand and into a crevice. It is not usable in the game.

Henry 1860

"Slim" Sam Fulton (Cam Clarke) is shown with a Henry 1860 just as he receives his mortal wound from Anderson. It is not usable in the game.
