Franchi SPAS-12
The Franchi SPAS-12 returns in the game. Developers have stated that it will have an unfolded stock in the Operation: Black Mesa campaign, whereas in the Guard Duty campaign it will have a folded stock and an attached flashlight.

The Heckler & Koch MP5A5 appears in the game. It is fitted with a shortened M203 grenade launcher that appears to have been based off an airsoft replica.
