Mirage is a Russian 2008 action movie directed by Tigran Keosayan. A young business lady Lera Chernyshova (Alyona Khmelnitskaya) becomes a witness of a murder, commited by a high-rank politician. Being afraid for her life, she runs to some Middle East country. But there Lera together with two more Russian girls, Tanya (Natalya Naumova) and Ulyana (Antonina Komissarova), is kidnapped by local nomads who are engaged in slave, weapons and drug trade. The three girls manage to escape and hide in ruins in desert where they meet two Russian tourists, Misha (Aleksey Chadov) and Zhenya (Aleksey Bardukov), who got lost in desert. Meanwhile the politician hires a bounty hunter known as "The Catcher" (Dmitriy Maryanov) in order to find Lera and bring her home.

The following weapons were used in the film Mirage:

AK-74

The AK-74 assault rifle is used by practically all of the featured characters.

PKM

PKM machine gun is first seen taken from weapons cache by a wounded gangster, and the same machine gun is later used by private military contractor to fire it at gangsters.
Also, PKM machine guns are fired from police helicopters during the final crackdown on gangster force.

UMP-45

H&K UMP SMG is seen wielded by a gangster. However, it is never actually fired and could be an airsoft replica.

UMP-45 .45 ACP

Unknown pistol

A pistol (maybe a Walther P99) is wielded by the gangsters' leader. He is about to use it in "wild-west style" pistol duel with private military contractor, but is gunned down by Anna before having a chance to fire it.
A private military contractor is also revealed to have a pistol of unknown model - however - he didn't even drawn it out of it's holster.

similar title

The unrelated Mirage (Mirazh) was a 1983 Soviet TV miniseries based on a 1959 British novel (The World In My Pocket) about a Las Vegas armored car heist.
