Michael Sheard (born June 18th, 1938) is a Scottish actor well known to Star Wars fans for his role as the ill-fated Admiral Ozzel in The Empire Strikes Back. On multiple occasions however, Sheard played the role of German dictator Adolf Hitler in various films made in and around the UK, including The Dirty Dozen: Next Mission and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Sheard died of cancer on August 31st, 2005, in Hampshire, England.
