Metal Gear Solid: Rising is an upcoming video game of the Metal Gear Solid franchise. Rising is an interquel set between the events of Sons of Liberty and Guns of the Patriots.
Rising will center around Raiden instead of Old Snake and it will be a fast-paced stealth-action video game focusing on sword fighting.
The game is scheduled to be released in Q4 2012 for the Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 (in 3D).
