The following weapons appear in the film Max Payne:
Beretta 92FS
Max Payne (Mark Wahlberg) uses a Beretta M92FS as one of his personal sidearms in the movie. The first time we see it is when max loads the pistol before he goes to the subway station. We also see it when Max raids Owen Green's house. He then uses it during the shootout in the Aesir building.
L1A1 SLR
A L1A1 SLR, the semiautomatic version of the FN FAL, is carried by a thug in the trailer. The rifle is an L1A1, judging by the handguards, front sights and flash hider.
H&K G36C
H&K MP5A3
M4A3
The Aesir security guard that kills Jason Colvin when Max is bringing him in for interrogation (Chris O'Donnell) uses an M4A3 assault rifle.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
The Heckler & Koch MP5K appears in the movie as the weapon of choice for Mona Sax (Mila Kunis). It's most often seen with a 15-round magazine. During the climax of the movie, Max Payne (Mark Wahlberg) begins his assault with two of these guns.
SIG SG 552
SG 552 carbines are carried by several Aesir Corporation bodyguards in the movie.
Sig-Sauer P226, P220
At one point in the movie, Max Payne is held at gunpoint with a Sig-Sauer P226 in 9mm. Later on, during the climax, Mona Sax passes him another P220 Carry in .45 ACP to use. Max then uses it to kill BB.
H&K UMP45
Heckler & Koch UMP submachine guns (.45 ACP versions, based on the straight magazine) appear as standard issue weapons for Aesir Corporation guards.
Remington 870
A Remington 870 shotgun is fired by NYPD officers during a shootout with Max Payne in the trailer.

A Mossberg 500 shotgun is used by Max Payne when he is attacked by security in the Aesir Pharmaceuticals building.

Taurus Judge
Max Payne is seen using a Taurus Judge as a backup weapon during the film, primarily during the first half, where it is his side weapon. It is most prominently seen when he is blowing away the bathroom stall doors.
