A 3D gun is seemingly being assembly by Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh) as an anti-Nanite weapon while inside the Waverider in "Daddy Darkhest". It appears to be used in "Here I Go Again", fully assembled. Damian Darkh (Neal McDonough) uses it near the end of "The Good, The Bad and The Cuddly".

A Flintlock Pistol is used by Sir Henry Stein (Victor Garber) in "Return of the Mack". Blackbeard aka Edward Teach (Jonathan Cake) and some of his pirates, including Nora "Emily"/"Eleanor" Dahrk (Courtney Ford) while pretending to be a British officer.

What appears to be Captain Cold's gun is used by Jax briefly in "Zari" and by Citizen Cold, first seen in "Crisis on Earth-X, Part 4" with Sara using it while under Mallus' influence in "Necromancing the Stone". This seems to be a different prop however, as the rear portion of the gun is made from an AK pattern rifle.
